Club Car Wash

Had a great experience, until the Car in front of me put their car in park. Didn't see them until the conveyor belt ran out car into the vehicle in front of us. They checked out our vehicles, but wouldn't give me any discounts on future washes.

The Decatur location is becoming a half assed operation. I pay for tire shine and sometimes I get it and sometimes I don’t. Yesterday I got it on one side of the truck but not the other. And the kids pre-treating the vehicle do a half assed job as well. This used to be a good place to go to get your vehicle washed and CLEAN, but not so much anymore.

Love this place. Before you drive in the guys spray soap on the front and back end and pressure spray your car so that it softens the bug splatter then they guide you in. The machine does a great job. Then they supply wash rags with index by the vacuums. They are all super nice too. I drive 15 mins there just to use them, that should tell you something.

I did like Club Carwash when I first started, lately though, I have been getting the wrong Carwash almost every time I go through. I pay for the MVP and keep getting lesser washes because people get out of order and the employees don’t know how to fix it. The other day I went through the entire wash with none of the brushes working because it “misfired” when he tried to switch me to the correct wash, I then had to wait in line and go through again to get the soap off my car, and got the wrong wash again, so I went through a 3rd time. I pay too much money for this membership to be going through this all the time. Just went through the wash and there are still bugs on my windshield. The bug spot in the second photo looks like a cloud in the photo(😂), but it’s not. I may be switching to Rainstorm.

I really enjoy using Club Car Wash. On one occasion though I did have the power from the water destroying my windshield wipers. In this process I am waiting on either replacement or reimbursement of some sort. Once I do receive that I have no problems with this car wash. It is a nice car wash and your car does come out clean
